Brian C. Behrens

Brian Behrens is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Since March 2007, Brian has served as a Partner and Attorney at Carmody MacDonald PC, providing legal counsel to established companies, emerging businesses, and entrepreneurs, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, board of director and shareholder issues, financing, venture capital, and employment and taxation matters. Prior to this role, Brian was a Shareholder at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, LLP (now Dentons) from 2004 to 2007, and an Attorney at Suelthaus & Walsh, PC from 1997 to 2004. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, an MBA from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance, Banking, and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
