Todd Hamby

Todd Hamby is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as a Principal and commercial litigator at Carmody MacDonald P.C. since May 2016 and recognized in the Best Lawyers Commercial Litigation listings for 2016, 2017, and 2018. Additionally, Todd has held the position of Judge for the City of Arnold since January 2006, where responsibilities include deciding ordinance violation cases. Prior to these roles, Todd was a shareholder in the litigation department at Capes, Sokol, Goodman and Sarachan, P.C. from May 1991 to April 2016. Todd holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Saint Louis University School of Law (1990) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1987).
