Sam Denney is a Senior Research Analyst for the American Statecraft Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, with experience as a Penn Kemble Forum Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Project Coordinator at The Brookings Institution and a German Chancellor Fellow at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, alongside other positions in research and translation at prominent institutions such as The Wilson Center and Albright Stonebridge Group. Sam Denney holds a Master of Arts in German and European Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in German and European Studies from Vanderbilt University, complemented by study experiences at the University of Regensburg and Freie Universität Berlin.
