Larena Heath

Senior Associate Networked Improvement Science at Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching

LaRena Heath is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in designing and implementing professional learning courses that address educational equity challenges. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Education Offerings at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, LaRena has developed online courses using adaptive learning modules and manages teams to deliver impactful professional development. Previously, LaRena held roles as a Senior Associate and Fellow in Networked Improvement Science, delivering instruction to K-12 and higher education stakeholders and leading significant enhancements in digital learning resources. LaRena’s diverse background includes positions in education as a teacher and curriculum developer, as well as experience in research and philanthropy. LaRena holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Stanford University in Public Policy and Education, respectively.
