Lutzky received a 28% higher than peer average in executive 360's for leadership and team management while at NPR. Michael's team also received the company Employee Recognition Award for Financial Sustainability.

Michael Lutzky has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they studied strategy and general management. Michael also has a bachelor's degree in photojournalism from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
