Kristen Henry

Director, Development Systems & Administration at Carnegie Hall

Kristen Henry is the current Director of Development Systems & Administration at Carnegie Hall. Kristen has been in this role since October 2012. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategy and Development Services at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts from September 2009 to October 2012. In this role, Kristen oversaw all budget and support services for the Development department and led a team responsible for development communications, prospect management and analysis, grant administration, and prospect research.

Kristen has been instrumental in developing systems to ensure data integrity within our database and improve both efficiency and effectiveness of reporting. Kristen designed and implemented a new contribution and prospect management system that better reflects how we raise money, ties more closely to Finance's allocation system, and allows for multiple ways to quickly analyze information. Kristen also instituted data entry processes and protocols to complement new systems and support quality control.

Kristen is currently finalizing interdepartmental grant-tracking forms to facilitate communication of funder expectations and ensure donor fulfillment and project outcomes are successfully tracked. Kristen has also initiated the process of standardizing data collection in Programming and Education departments to improve our ability to report on our success through both quantitative and qualitative measures.

Kristen Henry received their education in video imaging technology from Camden County College and Hamilton College.

Kristen Henry works with Hafsa Mahfooz - Director, Major Gifts, Callie Herzog - Director, Foundation Relations, and Dori Fisher - Director, Corporate Relations and Sponsorships.
