Emily Yost has over nine years of work experience in the digital marketing and SEO fields. Emily began their career in 2011 as a PR Volunteer for Dreams for Kids. Emily then held a Social Media/Marketing Intern position at Healthcare Personnel, Inc. and a Website, SEO Intern position at The South African Consulate General, Chicago. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Intern at The Second City. In 2013, they were an SEO Analyst at Walgreens. From 2014 to 2015, they were an SEO Coordinator at DICK'S Sporting Goods and an SEO Lead & Influencer Outreach Consultant at SuperScript Marketing. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an SEO Consultant & Freelancer at YostSEO, LLC and from 2018 to 2020 they were a Collective Energist: Digital Strategy at Rare Oath. Currently, they are an SEO Specialist at Carney.

Emily Yost obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Loyola University Chicago in 2013. In 2017, they obtained a Google Analytics IQ Certification from Google.
