Scott Thompson

Thompson is responsible for overseeing the company’s earnings strategies, supply base, contract negotiations and purchasing. He is the executive leader of the supply chain for food, parts, services, hotel supplies and freight and logistics for Carnival Cruise Line. Additionally, he leads parts negotiation strategy and contract teams across several areas.

Previously he served as senior director of strategic sourcing for Honeywell Corporation, a company focusing on technologies in areas like energy efficiency, clean energy generation, safety and security, globalization and customer productivity. He was at Honeywell for 17 years, starting as a Marketing Product Manager. Thompson also served for five years as a U.S. Navy officer.
