Gentian Sakaj

Gentian Sakaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset data management and project planning within the maritime industry. Currently serving as Manager Asset Data Management at Carnival Maritime GmbH since September 2016, Gentian has previously held roles such as Maintenance Superintendent and Asset Data Technician. Prior experience at Costa Crociere from February 2005 to December 2015 included positions as Project Planner & Cost Controller and Planned Maintenance System Planner, where responsibilities encompassed budget analysis, project documentation, maintenance planning, and coordination with logistics and onboard staff. Gentian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova and has studied at the Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës and Staffordshire University.
