Ted Aube

Ted Aube is an experienced leader in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Training at CarNow since August 2022. Previous roles include Lead Learning and Development Manager at Intellezy, where significant contributions included executing strategic learning plans for large employee acquisitions and overseeing major learning initiatives. Aube held various leadership positions at Cox Automotive, leading transformative training strategies and managing teams across different divisions. Early career experiences include training management roles at Autotrader US and general management at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Aube holds a dual BA in Economics and History from the University of New Hampshire.
