Paul Alejandro Proano

Paul Alejandro Proano is an experienced professional in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Caro Nut since July 2023. Prior to this role, Proano was Plant Manager at Keenan Farms, Inc. from 2019 to July 2023 and held the same position at Ready Roast Nut Company from March 2015 to May 2019. Proano’s leadership experience also includes serving as Director of Operations at Wawona Frozen Foods from January 2012 to February 2015 and Corporate Plant Manager at C & F Foods, Inc. from August 2004 to January 2012. Additionally, Proano was co-owner of ITC International Toner Cartridges from May 2001 to February 2008 and served as VP of Manufacturing at Rhinotek Computer Products from January 1991 to January 2004. Proano holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from LTU.
