Chris Cannova

Chris Cannova is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and VP of People & Culture at Carole Robertson Center for Learning, Chris previously held the position of Sr. Human Resources Director at Gateway Foundation, managing HR operations for a 1,300-employee organization across nine states. Additional roles include VP of Strategy for Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc., and Sr. Director of Human Resource Operations at the Archdiocese of Chicago, overseeing HR strategy for a large organization with approximately 14,500 staff members. Chris has a comprehensive educational foundation with a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
