Joe Caiola MBA, PMP, CISM

Joe Caiola has over 25 years of experience in the IT/IS industry. Joe began their career in 1992 as CIO and VP of Information Systems at Acclaim Entertainment, a $500M public software publisher in the video game industry. In 2005, they joined NSA Computer Exchange Corp as VP of PMO & Client Services. From 2011-2015, they held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Teq. From 2015-2018, they were Manager, Complex Hosting Project Management / Sr PM at mindSHIFT, Ricoh Americas Corporation, one of the largest IT outsourcing and cloud services providers. Most recently, they have been Director of Service Delivery at Carolina Advanced Digital.

Joe Caiola has an MBA in Information Systems from Dowling College and a Certification from NYU School of Professional Studies in IT Auditing, IT Security, and Project Management. Joe also holds five additional certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA (obtained in March 2011), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA (obtained in January 2011), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) from ISACA (obtained in May 2008), ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Office of Government Commerce (obtained in 2006), and PMP from Project Management Institute (obtained in July 2004).
