Hugh van Skyhawk

Hugh Van Skyhawk is an experienced restaurant professional with over two decades in various management roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Carolina Ale House since June 2017, Hugh has also held a senior management position at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. since March 2007, overseeing all aspects of high-volume restaurant operations including scheduling, ordering, training, and inventory management.
