Jill Rufty

Jill Rufty, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources and Safety Director at Carolina Beverage Corporation (Cheerwine) since January 2005, where responsibilities include developing and implementing payroll, human resources, and safety programs for a 95-year-old family-owned company. In addition, Jill serves as Director II at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company, helping others achieve wellness and financial goals. Past leadership roles include serving on the boards of Maupin ARP Presbyterian Church, Youth Services Bureau of Rowan, and Prevent Child Abuse Rowan, along with various positions within NCSHRM/SHRM. Experience in human resources spans multiple organizations, including National Starch and Chemical and Novant Health, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Catawba College and certification as a Human Resources Professional.
