Taylor Gray, CPA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Business Operations & Finance at Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc. Prior to this, they served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Head of Finance & Administration in the same company. Before joining Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc., Taylor worked at Duke Energy Corporation as an Accounting Analyst II and Accounting Analyst I. They also gained valuable experience at Grant Thornton LLP as an Assurance Senior Associate and Assurance Associate. Additionally, Taylor had an internship at Butterball, LLC as an Inventory Control Intern, where they implemented new scanning procedures and significantly reduced scanning errors.

Taylor Gray, CPA, SHRM-CP completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University from 2009 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at Appalachian State University from 2014 to 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Taylor obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential from the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners in January 2017. In June 2023, they also acquired the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
