Zachary Burk

Zachary Burk is a staff dentist at Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care System and an adjunct assistant professor at UNC Adams School of Dentistry, both roles commenced in 2023. Zachary has also been practicing as a dentist at CarolinasDentist since June 2023. In addition to their dental career, Zachary has extensive experience in web development, having established Zachary Burk Designs in 2010 and acquired self-taught skills in JavaScript, Python, and Swift for desktop and mobile applications. Previous roles include senior web application developer at TopFitPros LLC, front-end architect at The Link at UNC, youth counselor at YMCA of the Triangle, and junior web developer at QPLOT Corporation. Zachary holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certification from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Zachary also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
