Cari Owens

Cari Owens has extensive experience in the senior living and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Well Being Administrative Coordinator at Carol Woods Retirement Community since August 2022. Prior to this role, Cari spent several years at Carolina Meadows, beginning as the Assistant Administrator and advancing to Life Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing Life Services and overseeing the activities department. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Life Enrichment at Galloway Ridge, Licensed Recreational Therapist at The Laurels of Chatham, Marketing Director at Pettigrew Health and Rehabilitation, and Activities Director at Carolina House of Chapel Hill. Cari holds a BA in Recreation Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and achieved NC Assisted Living Administrator Certification in 2013. Additionally, Cari contributed as a Corporate Resource Team Member for LCS/CRSA, providing specialized support for Life Enrichment Departments.
