Kevin S. Dick, CEcD has extensive work experience in economic and workforce development. Kevin S. is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Carolina Small Business Development Fund, where they lead a team of professionals in providing small business financial capital, technical assistance, and policy research. Kevin also oversaw the administration of career center programs, including EPA Environmental Workforce Development Job Training and youth green jobs training programs.
Furthermore, Kevin has experience as a Managing Partner at The K2D Group, LLC and as the Director of Operations at Broward Workforce Development Board/Workforce One. Kevin S. began their career as an Assistant to the City Manager at Dania Beach - City of Dania Beach.
