Sara Campbell Pt, Dpt, Comt

Sara Campbell, PT, DPT, COMT, currently serves as a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director at Pivot Physical Therapy since November 2020 and as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with CAROLINA THERAPY SERVICES INC. since February 2023, providing services in a skilled nursing setting. With a background as a traveling therapist at AMN Healthcare from June 2019 to October 2020, Sara gained experience in skilled nursing facilities to enhance therapeutic skills. Previous roles include working as a Physical Therapist at Manual Physical Therapy Inc., where Sara achieved the COMT designation and honed manual skills, and as a Student Physical Therapist in various settings, including the US Army Fort Bragg and Maria Parham Medical Center. Sara holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
