Mike Iosue

Mike Iosue is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic leadership within the engineering and construction industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at EM Structural since January 2021, Iosue leads national growth initiatives for the firm. As the Founder and Executive Director of Carolina BUILT, a networking organization established in 2017, Iosue has expanded the initiative to become one of eight chapters nationwide. Previously, Iosue held the role of Regional Business Development Manager at Jordan & Skala Engineers, focusing on client relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region. Early career experience includes ownership at Four Leaf Clover Diabetic Supplies and various management roles in healthcare and real estate. Iosue holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University.
