Joyce Korzen

Joyce Korzen is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations management within multi-hospital systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Carolinas Healthcare System since June 2011, Joyce previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Joint Venture Operations at LHC Group from February 2010 to June 2011 and Executive Vice President/COO at Cape Fear Valley Health System from September 2001 to January 2010, overseeing a significant health system with 764 beds. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing and Health Care Administration from Buffalo State University.
