Ed. D. Tom Connolly

Tom Connolly, Ed. D. serves as the Principal of Caroline High School within Caroline County Public Schools in Virginia since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions including Assistant Principal in multiple school districts and served as Instructional Technology Coordinator for the Virginia Department of Corrections. Additionally, Tom is an Adjunct Instructor at the Honors College at Virginia Commonwealth University since January 2022. Tom holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, alongside advanced certificates and degrees in Educational Leadership, Secondary Education, and Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from esteemed institutions such as Virginia Commonwealth University and James Madison University.
