Holly Victoria Brooke has extensive work experience in the beauty and talent management industries. Holly Victoria currently serves as the Commercial Director for Skin Rocks™, where they drive growth and development for the company's brands and manages partnerships and business development opportunities. Previously, Holly held the position of Commercial Director and Head of Operations at Caroline Hirons Limited. Holly Victoria has also worked as a Talent Manager at Gleam Futures and The Ministry of Talent, where they managed the careers of influencers and negotiated brand partnerships. Additionally, Holly has experience in marketing and social media management, having held roles at La Vida Magazine and Shoppertainment Management. Holly Victoria began their career as a Digital Beauty PR Executive at The Hut Group.

Holly Victoria Brooke attended Skipton Girls' High School from 2001 to 2009, where they completed their high school education. Holly Victoria then enrolled at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2009 to 2013, earning a degree in International Management with American Business Studies, specializing in International Business. In 2011 to 2012, Holly Victoria Brooke also studied at The University of British Columbia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing.
