Alina Pulfrey

Alina Pulfrey is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at CAROLTON CHRONIC & CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL, INC. since October 2018. Additionally, Alina serves as a Peer Mentor for an adult with Autism at Family Friend Home Support since January 2017, focusing on promoting independence and community integration. Alina has gained extensive experience through various internships, including roles at Newtown Public School System and Darien Public Schools, where Occupational Therapy skills were developed. Previous internships at St. Vincent’s Health System and HAND THERAPY ASSOCIATES contributed to Alina's clinical knowledge, while earlier roles as a Recreational Therapist at Hermitage Hall and an Experimental Therapy Intern at Youth Villages provided a foundation in therapeutic practices. Alina holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
