Andrew Shanfeld

Andrew Shanfeld is a co-founder and managing partner at Carolwood LP, a real estate private equity firm established in 2014 that focuses on acquiring investment-grade assets for repositioning and long-term growth. In addition to this role, Andrew serves as a principal at Cha Cha Matcha and holds multiple investor positions across various companies, including Happy Hour Drinks Co., Jomboy Media, Zab's, Croft Alley, and Pop's Bagels. Andrew Shanfeld completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Michigan from 2010 to 2014, and attended Harvard-Westlake School prior to university.
