Carlos Ramirez

Carlos Ramirez is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the food and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Carolwood LP since July 2023, Carlos oversees operations for a Los Angeles-based real estate private equity firm. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Director of Operations at Tommy's Hamburgers from January 2021 to August 2022, and spent a decade at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. as Director of Kitchen Operations from June 2010 to May 2020. Carlos began their career in the restaurant industry as Regional Operations Director at Red Robin from June 1990 to October 2009. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit.
