Nicholas Ptacek

Nicholas Ptacek has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with experience in behavioral health service lines and mental health organizations. Nicholas is currently serving as the Senior Director of the Behavioral Health Service Line at CaroMont Health. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Kalyan Mental Health.

In their earlier career, Nicholas held positions at Cortica | Advanced Neurological Therapies for Autism, where they served as the Chief Business Officer and later as the VP of Operations. Nicholas also worked at Family Insight, P.C. as the Chief Operating Officer and previously as the State Director of Operations.

Before their roles in mental health organizations, Nicholas worked at National Counseling Group, where they held various positions including Regional Director, Site Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Youth and Family Counselor. Nicholas began their career as a Youth Probation Counselor and Family Counselor at Arapahoe County.

Nicholas Ptacek completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Eastern Mennonite University in 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Creating a High-Performance Culture" and "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in 2019.
