Sander van der Heide

Sander van der Heide is a partner and senior counsel at CDF Labor Law LLP, where responsibilities include representing and advising companies in labor and employment matters, particularly in class action and PAGA litigation, since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Jackson Lewis P.C. from December 2015 to January 2022, and as an attorney at Johnson Schachter & Lewis from August 2013 to November 2015. Sander began the legal career as an associate attorney at Ruiz & Sperow from August 2009 to July 2013 and worked as a law clerk at Cardoza Law Offices and Law Office of Carol Langford earlier in the career. Educational achievements include a J.D. with cum laude honors from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. with summa cum laude honors in Politics from Saint Mary's College of California.
