Menwin Manimtim

Menwin Manimtim has a range of experience in finance and accounting roles. Menwin is currently the Head of Finance & Treasurer at Carousell Group, where they have led the restructuring of the Philippine finance team and implemented streamlined procurement and collection processes. Prior to this, Menwin worked at Prople BPO, Inc. as the Delivery Head of Domestic Finance and Accounting Operations, overseeing the transition of operations for international and local clients. Menwin also negotiated contract extensions and secured contracts for value-added services. Before that, Menwin held the position of International Tax Assignment - Asia Pacific and North America Senior Operations Manager at International Business Machines, where they maintained cross-reporting metrics and addressed customer concerns. Menwin began their career at Sutherland Global Services as an Accounting Supervisor, handling accounts payable processing and maintaining balance sheet accounts. Menwin also worked as a Junior Auditor at Ramon F. Garcia & Co., CPAs, conducting external audit assignments and evaluating internal controls.

Menwin Manimtim completed their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Laguna College, San Pablo City from 2002 to 2006. Menwin then pursued further education at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from 2016 to 2019.
