Michael-Brendan Ng

Michael-Brendan Ng is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and marketing, currently serving as CRM Lead for Uber Eats in the APAC region since 2019 and as CRM Manager at Carousell since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Michael-Brendan held positions such as CRM Consultant at eClerx and Digital Marketing (Email) at Razer Inc., where responsibilities included managing global email campaigns and driving customer engagement. Michael-Brendan's earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Penhaligon's of London, where strategic marketing campaigns and brand partnerships were developed, and working as a Copywriter for MediaCorp Pte Ltd and Sparkfury, focusing on multi-channel advertising.
