Michael Robbins

Michael Robbins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently working as an Assistant Product Manager at CarParts.com since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Voiceover Professional, providing voice services for commercials, online training modules, and IVR phone systems for corporate and non-profit clients.

From 2017 to 2020, Michael worked at Transamerican Auto Parts, where they held the roles of Product Lead Performance + and Merchandise Manager. As the Product Lead Performance +, they were responsible for delivering P&L results, managing revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, and inventory. Michael also guided the team in developing attachment rate targets, sales volume, pricing, and profit margin forecasts.

Before that, Michael worked at US Auto Parts as a Product Manager, specifically focusing on Interior Accessories from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they built significant expertise in product management and marketing as a Product & Marketing Manager at RetroBeltusa.com & Retro Manufacturing, LLC from 2005 to 2015. In this role, they managed overseas factories, handled ordering and negotiation, developed patents, and coordinated compliance with licensing requirements.

Michael also gained experience as a Product Manager at Hollywood/LA Sound from 2001 to 2004 and Hifonics/Crunch/Maxxsonics from 1998 to 2001.

Michael Robbins attended Greenville High School from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained their High School degree. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Pasadena City College from 1989 to 1992, earning an AA degree. During their time at Pasadena City College, Michael focused their studies on Administrative Justice and Broadcasting.
