Bertrand Manhe

Bertrand Manhe has worked in various roles since 2008. Bertrand began their career at Genii Capital as the MD Advisory & Chief Operations Officer, where they managed advisory services, oversaw group operations, legal affairs, tax structuring matters, audit consolidation needs and processes, group investments/allocations, and strategic developments for portfolio projects. In 2008, they also took on a Non-Executive Independent Director role at ORAXYS Sustainable Private Equity.

In 2016, they became a Non-Executive Director at CarPay-Diem (Kwalyo S.A.), a FinTech dematerialized payment solution for the automotive industry. Bertrand also took on a Founding Member - Managing Director - Member of the Board of Directors role at Winfield Group in 2015, a Non-Executive Member of the Supervisory Board role at Genii KanAm Real Estate Management in 2014, and a Non-Executive Director (Member of the Board of Directors) role at Sensilla in 2020.

In 2016, they began representing shareholder Genii Capital SA on the Board of Directors of F1 Team Alpine (Alpine Racing Ltd. f.k.a. Renault Sport Racing). Bertrand also served as a Non-Executive Director (Member of the Board of Directors) at the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association from 2010 to 2014, where they chaired the association Promotion Committee from 2010 to 2014. Finally, they have been an Advisor at Peer Mountain since 2017 and a Non-Executive Director (Member of the Board of Directors) at Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg asbl since 2016.

Bertrand Manhe completed a Bachelor's Degree at Business & Management School between 1992 and 1995, majoring in Marketing, Finance, and Legal. Bertrand then attended Oxford Brookes University from 1993 to 1994, earning a BA with a major in International Marketing and a minor in Finance & Legal. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Aix-Marseille University in 1996, with a field of study in International Affairs.
