Yubie Albert, MBA has a wealth of experience in the field of operations and management. Yubie began their career in 1998 as a Store Manager and Visual Merchandising Specialist for Lady Foot Locker. In 1999, they moved on to Info Value Computing as a Business and Product Development and System Integrator Assistant, where they paired customer needs with best-fit new products. In 2002, Yubie was hired by the Nationalities Service Center as an IT Manager and Social Case Manager. In 2005, they were hired by PT. Bhakti Mingasutama as a Senior Terminal Operations Manager for their LPG (Propane and Butane) division. In 2013, Yubie was chosen for a highly competitive Global Change Management Internship at Red Hat, where they implemented changes through project management best practices. In 2014, they were hired by Circle K as a Fuel Inventory Manager and Fuel Supply and Demand Analyst. In 2015, they began working for Advance Auto Parts as a Planner & Analyst - Demand, Supply and Store Inventory. In 2018, Yubie returned to Circle K as a Real Estate Market Analyst, providing analysis and business modeling support on strategic initiatives for the real estate and business development team. Finally, in 2020, Yubie began working for Carpe as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to Senior Operations Manager.

Yubie Albert, MBA has an extensive educational background. Yubie began their studies in 1992 at St. Paul's College in Adelaide, where they earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 1994, they continued their studies at Messiah University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. In 1996, they took a Summer Session at the University of Washington, also in Mathematics. In 1999, they earned a Computer Engineering Certification at Montgomery Community College. Finally, in 2011, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Meredith College, majoring in Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Management. In addition, Yubie Albert, MBA has obtained a PPR Pro Coach certification from the Professional Pickleball Registry - PPR in October 2022.
