Cristen Speedy

Cristen Speedy has extensive experience in human and organizational performance, safety management, and environmental health and safety (EHS) across various industries. Currently serving as Corporate Manager of Human and Organizational Performance at Carpenter Technology Corporation since August 2017, Cristen focuses on building and sustaining a Human Performance System and Culture globally, enhancing safety and operational excellence. Prior roles include Global Safety Manager at Arconic, responsible for safety system improvements across 28 locations, and EHS Manager at Alcoa, where Cristen led a team in developing and improving EHS management systems for a large R&D organization. Cristen holds a Master's degree in Safety Science and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
