Lorenzo Acerbo

Lorenzo Acerbo has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Lorenzo is currently working as the Head of Architecture at Carrefour Italia, where they oversee the design and implementation of architectural solutions. Prior to this, Lorenzo worked at Nexi as a Senior Solution Architect and at e*finance consulting Reply as a Senior Enterprise Architect. In these roles, they led architecture projects in financial institutions, focused on both on-premise and cloud-native architectures. Before that, Lorenzo worked as a Software Architect at WebScience srl and a Senior Consultant at Qube, where they played key roles in delivering software projects and optimizing platforms. Lorenzo also has experience as a Java Server Engineer at Tactical People and worked as a Consultant at Aktive Reply, developing web applications for Vodafone. Lorenzo began their career as a Web Developer at Dhiaforà.

Lorenzo Acerbo completed their education in a chronological order. Lorenzo first attended I.T.I.S. "E Fermi" di Mantova from 1992 to 1997 where they earned a degree in Perito Tecnico Industriale, with a specialization in Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni. After that, they pursued their higher studies at Università di Pavia from 2001 to 2004, obtaining a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Informatica. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they obtained a Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria Informatica.
