Nur Sibel Öztürk has extensive experience in various roles involving data analytics, loyalty programs, and customer insights. Nur Sibel currently holds the position of CRM & Data Analytics Director at CarrefourSA since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Loyalty at Carrefour MAF from January 2019 to February 2020. Nur Sibel also worked at CarrefourSA as the Customer Insight Analytics and Loyalty Program Manager from November 2015 to January 2019. Before joining CarrefourSA, they were a Data Scientist at TANI from July 2011 to November 2015. Their earlier experience includes working in retail banking at VakıfBank from February 2007 to July 2011.

Nur Sibel Öztürk completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hacettepe University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi/Middle East Technical University from 2001 to 2006.
