Edward Maurer

Edward Maurer, CSM, is a seasoned software engineering and IT professional, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at CarRegistration.com since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Director of ISS at AaDya Security from April 2019 to July 2022, and a Program Manager/Project Manager-IT at Cisco following the acquisition of Duo Security. Edward spent over two years at Duo Security as a Senior IT Manager and has a significant background at Patti Engineering, where responsibilities included IT Manager and Electrical Controls Engineer from 2000 to 2015. Edward began a career in engineering at Electronic Data Systems, serving as an Electrical Engineer and completing an IT internship from 1994 to 2000. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1996, and attended Eastern Michigan University from 1990 to 1993.
