Alain Bertrand

Alain Bertrand possesses extensive experience in technical support and training, currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at Carrier Enterprise Canada since June 2018. Prior to this role, Alain served in the Canadian Armed Forces as part of the 763 Communication Regiment for over two decades, specializing in tactical and strategic communication. Alain is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, with studies ongoing since 1989.
