David Huchteman Aia, Ncarb, Ap

David Huchteman has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. David is currently serving as the Principal, Managing Director for Los Angeles at Carrier Johnson + CULTURE since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AC Martin for several years, holding various roles such as Studio Principal, Director of Special Services, Project Director, and Associate Principal, Director of Special Services. David was also a Senior Designer at Stenfors Associates Architects from 2010 to 2015 and a Job Captain at J.T. Nakaoka Associates Architects in 2009.

David Huchteman, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP attended Pratt Institute from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Additionally, they completed the Integrated Project Management program at Harvard GSD Executive Education. In terms of certifications, David Huchteman is an Architect, certified by the California Architects Board in December 2019. David is also a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the Green Business Certification, Inc. Furthermore, they hold an NCARB Certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
