Margo Richter is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the HVAC industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager/National Accounts Retail Manager at Carrier HVAC, Margo excels in developing go-to-market strategies and customer growth plans while collaborating with various stakeholders including distributors, dealers, and builders. Previous roles include Marketing Director at Gustave A. Larson, Director of Marketing at Superior Distribution, and President of Momentum Development Consulting, where Margo focused on marketing growth strategies and event planning. Margo also held significant positions at Finish Line, managing store development and visual merchandising. Additionally, Margo contributed to the community as Board President for Dress for Success Indianapolis, supporting women's economic independence.
