Kristin Barmoy

Kristin Barmoy, PE, serves as the President and Professional Engineer at Hanover Land Services, Inc. since May 2000, overseeing both administrative and technical operations, as well as marketing programs and contract execution. In addition to this role, Kristin has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Mathematics & Engineering at Carroll Community College since September 2013. Prior experience includes serving as President and Professional Engineer at Maryland Land Design, Inc. until its merger with Hanover Land Services, and as Bureau Chief for Stormwater Management and Sediment Control with Carroll County Government. Kristin began the professional career as a Hydrology/Hydraulics Engineer at STV from 1986 to 1990. Education includes an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
