Joy Zimmer

Joy Zimmer has over a decade of experience in library services, currently serving as a Library Page at Carroll County Public Library since September 2010, where responsibilities include checking out materials using the Polaris system. Previous experience includes a role as a Substitute Teacher at Carroll County Public Schools from August 2017 to January 2018 and as the BreakAway Summer Director at LifePoint Church in June to August 2016, where lesson creation and volunteer coordination for 5th and 6th graders were emphasized. Joy Zimmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education: Liberal Arts and Technology from Stevenson University, obtained between 2015 and 2017, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Teaching from Carroll Community College, earned from 2013 to 2015.
