Karen Dulany

Karen Dulany is an experienced School Library Media Specialist at Carroll County Public Schools since July 2001 and has served as an Information Substitute at Carroll County Public Library since November 2015. Karen holds a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) with a concentration in School Library Media from the University of Maryland, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, Karen completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at West Virginia Wesleyan College from 1977 to 1981 and pursued education at Carroll Community College from 1997 to 2004.
