Cole Nettles has extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as an Associate in Acquisitions at RMR Residential since June 2022. Prior to this role, Cole held positions as a Senior Investment Analyst at Berkadia from March 2020 to June 2022, a Senior Financial Analyst at Colony Capital, Inc. from June 2018 to December 2019, and an Associate in Portfolio Management at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2016 to June 2018. Cole began a career in real estate as a Leasing Agent at The Collier Companies from February 2013 to July 2016 and has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Early education was completed at Benedictine Military High School.
