Joseph Boesen

Joseph Boesen has extensive work experience in pricing and analytics, revenue management, business consulting, and training and support in the real estate industry. Joseph is currently serving as the Senior Director of Pricing and Analytics at CARROLL since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at RealPage, Inc. from 2017 to 2021, holding roles such as Revenue Management Advisor, LRO Client Manager, and Business Solutions Analyst. Before joining RealPage, Inc., Joseph worked as a Business Consultant at The Rainmaker Group from 2011 to 2017. Joseph'searlier experiences include positions at Colonial Properties Trust as a Pricing Optimization Analyst and MRI Training and Support Specialist, as well as at Archstone as a Software Training Manager and Desktop Support Specialist. Joseph began their career at Merry Land & Investment Co. as a Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager.
