Scott Keith Gilpatrick

Scott Keith Gilpatrick has a diverse background in the property management industry. Scott Keith has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 1990 to 1994, they worked as a Property Manager for Post Properties, Summit Properties, and Berkshire Communities. Scott Keith then became a Regional Manager for Summit Properties, overseeing multiple communities in South Florida. In 2000, they joined American Land Ventures/Omni Residential as a Vice President, responsible for managing and training all company owned properties. In 2003, they became the Vice President and Director of Property Management for Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC, where they managed 20,000 units across multiple states. Scott Keith then served as a Regional Vice President for Berkshire Property Advisors, responsible for 29 communities in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Madison Apartment Group, managing approximately 60 communities in several states. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at CARROLL.

Scott Keith Gilpatrick attended Hollywood Christian High School from 1979 to 1981. Scott Keith then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at St. Thomas University from 1982 to 1987. Finally, from 1987 to 1989, they enrolled in the MDIV program at Emory University, specializing in an undisclosed field of study.
