Paige Sears

Paige Sears is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently, Paige serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lifepoint Health® since April 2022, focusing on the management of human resources for Carrollton Springs, a network of behavioral health facilities. Prior to this, Paige held the position of Vice President and Leader of Talent Acquisition at Triumph Bancorp, where a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence was established. Paige also contributed significantly to Texas Western Hospitality as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR for over 1200 employees across numerous properties. Additional experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs, where the recruitment strategies for Archon Hospitality were developed, and a long tenure at Caesars Entertainment, which involved various positions related to training and employment. Paige holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Louisiana Tech University.
