Tom Mento

Tom Mento is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical operations and systems improvement. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technical Operations & Security at Carrols Corporation since January 2019, Tom previously held the role of Director of Systems and Process Improvement at Aspen Dental from June 2009 to January 2019. In this capacity, Tom managed the software deployment lifecycle and led efforts in policy enhancements and Change Management. Earlier in Tom's career, significant contributions were made as a Sr. Business Analyst and Technical Services Manager at Carrols Corporation from August 1998 to June 2009. Tom holds a degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where education was completed from 1986 to 1990.
