Doug Cole

Doug Cole has a strong background in the healthcare industry. Doug is currently serving as the Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships at Carrum Health, where their primary focus is on developing strong relationships with health plan organizations to create value-driven healthcare solutions. Prior to this, Doug worked as the Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships and Customer Success at Accolade, Inc., where they were responsible for activating and stewarding health plan partnerships and ensuring customer success. Doug also held positions at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, Willis Towers Watson, Cigna, and Aetna, where they took on various roles such as client strategy, sales leadership, and business development. Throughout their career, Doug has demonstrated expertise in developing healthcare strategies, managing costs, and driving growth in the health and benefits sector. In addition, they have a strong passion for developing young talent and has led initiatives in that area as well.

Doug Cole attended the University of Connecticut from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
